If your heading to ATL anytime soon, you have to go to @barrys. And I pretty much demand that you take @ahmadjawns class while you’re there. I used to take his classes when I lived in Philly and was obsessed. Well he’s aging like a fine wine bc he’s even better than I remember. He has such an innate ability to make everyone in class feel like they’re getting a private session while also hyping the whole squad up to make it feel like you’re in it together. Classes here alternate between floor exercises and treadmill sprints. You’ve seen this type of format of classes here in Columbus but it just hits different @barrys. You go to @barrys to test your limits. They push you to run faster and harder than you’ve ever had before and somehow have you reaching for heavier weights than you normally would. There will be a point in class where you question your own existence 😂 but trainers like @ahmadjawns are there to keep you going.

I can’t even explain how fucking cool this place is. You just have to go and experience it first hand. These red lights will have you feeling some type of way. The equipment is next level. The space is expansive. The amenities are endless. Staff is super helpful. And the trainers are fucking awesome. I drank the kool-aid hardcore while I was there and bought all the merch haha.
