Have you been to Columbus’ newest studio yet?? If not, get your ass to Dynamic Souls immediately. It’s basically a one stop shop as you can literally get everything you need here. They have HIIT classes in a dedicated room with brand spanking new, state of the art equipment. They have a wildly inviting yoga space. They have a friggen cold plunge tank. They have TWO infrared saunas. That’s not all, y’all! They even have showers, awesome merch, and MEAT STICKS (iykyk). Owner/instructor @julieperich put her heart and ~soul~ into this joint and it shows. She even has some pretty die hard fans joining from her original New Albany location. This place is somehow serene and bad ass at the same time. The workouts are hard and gritty and make you want to curse. BUT the clientele here is so fun that you don’t even mind doing the Jacob’s Ladder for four minutes straight 😂. Similar to Olive Garden… when you’re here, your family! Can’t stress how impressed I am that this place is BRAND NEW and already has such a supportive vibe and community.
