Don’t even read this review. Just book a service @rhw_hiltonhead immediately. It’s THAT good. They have legit everything here to level up your wellness game. They’re known for their cryotherapy chamber (SO cold but the benefits are SO worth it!) but they also have an extensive list of spa like amenities. They provide facials, Intramuscular Shot, IV hydration, spot treatments, localized cryo. I mean, they truly have everything. And of course, my favs – the infrared sauna and red light therapy room .

The staff here are incredibly nice, but more importantly incredibly educated. They have several nurses on staff that not only provide services but take the extra step to make sure you’re comfortable and feel taken care of! (They were also great at distracting me while I got a B12 shot. Ya girl is so scared of needles 💉). No matter how you’re feeling or what pain point you’re working on, give @rhw_hiltonhead a call. I guarantee they have just the thing to make you feel like a million bucks.
