I found the perfect place for people who take their health seriously… but don’t take themselves too seriously. Meet Elevate Physical Therapy and Human Performance – a physical therapy practice that not only promises to get you injury free but also puts a serious emphasis on play. This is less of a PT office and more of a wellness playground. Owners Kevin and Kenton are the definition of a dynamic duo. They are obvi a wealth of knowledge but are there to empower you, and more importantly keep it real with you. The philosophy here is that if you move your body, you’re an athlete. (What a fun moment for me since I got picked last for every sport growing up 😂).

Different programs start at different price points. You can use your HSA here tho so in my head that’s FREE 😂

👟THE VIBE

This place is fun yall! The guys behind Elevate PT Performance know that coming to a physical therapist can be daunting, and that’s it usually means you’re there to address a pain or injury. They are flipping the switch on this and making your journey an enjoyable one. You’re not only going to rehab after an injury… you’re going to become even stronger than you were before it. All while enjoying the process. (I can’t emphasize enough how playful and fun they made everything.) My fav offering option here is the option to come do your ‘homework’ (aka prescribed PT exercises) in the studio if you don’t feel comfortable completing them at home. This way the docs are close by if you need a little extra help or accountability.
