The workouts here are backed by a shit ton of research and client specific data. Their unique testing determines YOUR specific strength and stamina abilities. From there, the machines automatically set you up with a resistance that is doable, yet challenging for you. The machines also give real time feedback so you can see how your muscle mass and capabilities are evolving after each session. The best part is that sessions here are only 20 minutes. YUP. 20! You’re in and out. Don’t think that just because ‘classes’ here are short, that it’s also easy. Workouts here challenge YOU in the most individualized way.

This place is a breath of fresh air. It’s so bright and cozy. There’s not too much decor in here yet it still somehow feels home-y. I thought I’d miss the energy of a typical #groupfitness workout but honestly the coaches here are wonderful and make the entire experience so enjoyable. They work with you to really get to the root of why you’re there and what your goals are, all while encouraging you along the way.
