👟THE SCOOP 

There is seriously nothing better than winding down from a long work week than with a candle lit slow flow yoga class focused on deep stretching. Classes here are a complete sensory experience. Everything Yoga Six Dublin does is extremely thoughtful and curated. You have the dark room (highlighted with different color accent lights), the candles, essential oil infused towels, music, and even the temperature of the classes is intentional. No detail was spared, yet it all came across as seamless. The class I did was great and I look forward to trying their other formats!

Yoga Six Dublin is a franchise studio but they def seem to do everything in their power to make it seem a lot more personable than your typical franchise. I was greeted by name, offered hot tea before AND after class, was given a token I could use in class to note whether I was comfortable with hands on adjustments or not, the list goes on. I never once felt like the staff was being fake or I was being pressured into buying merch or a membership… a theme that seems prevalent at other chain studios. Very welcoming and calming vibe! And of course you can’t beat the location! Being right in the heart of bridge park, you can easily go right from class to happy hour. Detox to re-tox, bby! 😂
