Wow, wow, wow! I am immediately in love with this place! I don’t even know where to begin. took the 45 minute express class and it FLEW by. Class was structured seamlessly. I got a full body workout with bare, yoga, and cardio components. We even focused on breath work. I somehow left class feeling super accomplished yet super relaxed. There’s truly an emphasis on mind-body movements here that I haven’t seen at other barre studios. It’s a great mix of holistic and contemporary. Classes are also offered virtually for those who can’t make it into the studio. Such a great option for those on a strict schedule or are traveling. If you get the chance tho, def try and make it to the studio. It’s gorg. Plus – there are showers!

Barre 3 UA is a perfect mashup of a cool dance studio, chic spa, and your best friend’s house. You walk in and are in awe of how clean and classy it is, but also feel instantly at home. Everyone here seemed super gendine and welcoming. Ieven had a handwritten note waiting for me post class. Overall amazing vibes . If you plan on taking a class, be sure to head over early. Members seem to have their fav spots and claim them quickly.
