👟THE SCOOP

Cycle 614 is one of the first studios I tried when I moved here a couple of months ago and I instantly felt right at home. They are a locally owned and operated studio. They have all the same amenities of the bigger box or franchised studios (a ton of bikes, leaderboard, great decor, and retail) but with an intimate and hometown vibe. You are truly part of the family when you ride here, rather than just a client. The owners and instructors want everyone to enjoy themselves while they are here and will do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable and to set you up for success. They plan a TON of themed rides. Lawd knows I love a good theme ride. They also have ‘blackout rides’ where there is no ‘Beat Board’ or metrics to look at, just a class to enjoy and focus on your own individual strength. These are my absolute favorite bc I feel like when I focus too much on the ‘numbers’ I forget to actually have fun during my workout. The only negative I have to say about this place is the music in the spin studio is extremelyyyy loud. This 👵🏻 over here can’t handle it, but luckily they provides ear plug for those who need them.

👟THE PRICE

First class FREE! (Single class: $18)

👟THE VIBE

This studio is exactly what you want your neighborhood spin studio to feel like: welcoming and inclusive, but also a tight knit community. Cycle 614 isn’t as ~fancy~ as some of the other spin studios in the area, but they def have the most positive impact in town!
