Trying my hardest to become a Pilates girlie and so thankful I found @shiftmotionstudio. This is the most welcoming and genuine studio. Owner and instructor @kmac1004 is the absolute sweetest and is def one of those people you just instantly fall in love with. I hugged her the second I met her and even stopped her during class just to tell her how much I love her teaching style. She’s the real deal, people! You can expect a super fun energy at this studio… more upbeat than your typical Pilates class. Such a low impact workout but I left feeling like I had a runner’s high. Such a testament to Kelsey’s instruction. I truly can’t even remember if she played music or not during class so you know the energy truly came from her.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The windows around the whole studio give it a chic snow globe type vibe. So much natural light!!! The minimalist decor is such a nice touch. Classes here are small so lots of intimate vibes and a TON of welcomed individualized attention to form. Can’t think of a better weekend activity then grabbing your girlfriends for a class here and then heading to brunch. 🍾
