She’s an icon, she’s a legend, she is THE MOMENT! Liz Bustle did it! She opened the studio of everyone’s dreams. Studio Glow houses Barre, Dance, and TRAMPOLINE classes… as well an infinite amount of love and creativity. The studio has a gorgeous open concept layout and plenty of seating. This helps foster conversation among class goers and creates a community feel. The classes are challenging, but Liz has such an infectious energy the whole class that you don’t even realize the work you’re putting in… til you notice how sore you are the next day.

First class $10 (single class normally $22).

While the studio is brand new, it instantly feels like home. Every inch of the studio feels like a labor of love. Honestly the workouts here are AMAZING, yet they are the least impressive thing about Studio Glow. This place rocks!
