THE EVENT OF THE SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE. Join us for THE BODY SHOP on July 9, 2023 from 9am-3pm! This one day fitness festival will include back to back fitness classes in one area of our event space (BODY), and vendors set up in another area so that attendees can go shopping. 😉 There will also be fun treats that day like swag bags, food, a live DJ, the list goes on. It is going to be SICK.
